Return Policy
No Returns , Cancellations or Refunds on any custom orders unless there is an error on our part which we will replace !
We try to get to work to fulfill your order as soon as possible to get your goods delivered as fast as possible. There is typically a one-hour window to make edits or cancel before we get to work. If you missed the one-hour window and you wish to change the design or cancel there is a $25 setup fee we charge. We will also charge a $25 fee if we take the time to Vectorize your artwork and you wish to cancel after we vectorized or created the artwork for you.
If you would like to make changes to ink colors or quantity, please contact us ASAP we may be able to adjust your order as long as it will be the same setup and we haven’t completed your order. Orders can be completed anywhere between 3 to 48 hours depending on various factors, after we receive the order.
If you’re having issues with your order please check the Application Instructions and FAQ for troubleshooting , tips, and instructions make sure everything is good. If you believe there is an error on our part please contact us to resolve the issue. We will replace your transfers if there is any issue with them.
