Refund Policy

Custom orders are non-refundable. However, we stand by our commitment to satisfaction.
To ensure quality, we keep extra sets for each order. If you experience any issues within 2 weeks of delivery, please contact us to address the problem. If the transferers are defective, we promptly reprint the transfers. If the transfers remain usable (for example, if they were printed in a different color), you have the option to return them. Alternatively, if you choose to keep them and request a reprint, the transfers will be 50% off.

Please note that we are not responsible for apparel or products that have been improperly applied or not tested prior to production. As a precaution, we include at least one extra transfer for customers to test before proceeding with production
