Artwork Requirements
Whether you have your label designed already or need us to make you one, we prefer vectorized file formats such as AI, PSD, EPS, PDF and SVG files. We will also accept any other images preferably in high quality.
For fonts try to keep it at least around 9pts or larger depending on the font to ensure it comes out clear. Try to avoid Serif style fonts with thin accents for small details as they won’t come out properly. For names and logos which are bigger it doesn’t matter.
If you’re using a paid font convert all text to outline or shape prior to saving.
Line weight and negative space should be at least 1pt or larger
If you need a label designed, please leave any specific details you want added on the label. We usually add Wash Cold, Tumble Dry low, Do Not Iron Imprint and Do not Bleach along with the symbols and size if you submit your logo/name to have a label made unless specified by you. We will email you a sample for approval or to make changes prior to printing, so keep an eye out for an email within a few hours to a business day after placing order.

FAQ
Will they work with a home iron or easy press?
Only the All Purpose, 2×2 Full Color and Metallic labels will work with a household iron, easy press or mini press. General Purpose labels must be used with a traditional heat press or otherwise they won’t apply.
I don’t have a label ready can you create one for me?
Yes, if you have a logo, we can create the label for you just leave the required information on the” details and comments section”.
If you don’t leave any specific details required, we normally add” wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach and do not iron imprint” symbols and text. We will send an email with a
sample proof for you to either approve for printing or request changes.
Can I choose multiple sizes?
You may choose up to 6 different sizes to be split up evenly, no specific quantities.
If you need more than 6 different sizes, please submit a quote.
Will they work on fleece?
No, unfortunately they will not work on inner fleece pile. it must be a smooth flat area to apply the transfer.
What is the turnaround time?
General Purpose – 2 days after approval.
Metallic – 2-4 days after approval.
Full Color – 2-4 days after approval.
All Purpose – 1-3 days after approval.
Standard free shipping time is 3-6 business days, but you may upgrade to priority shipping which takes 2-3 business days.
Do I get a sample proof before printing?
Yes, if you just uploaded your logo, we would email you a sample image of the label so you can either request changes or approve for printing within 1 business day of purchase. (Usually a few hours)
