Because our transfers are made to order, all sales are final and orders are non-refundable. That said, we stand behind our work and take quality concerns seriously.
To help ensure consistency, we keep extra sets from each order for verification. If you experience a problem with your transfers, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will reprint the affected transfers promptly at no cost.
If the transfers are still usable but were produced differently than intended, such as a color difference, you may return the transfers for review. If you prefer to keep them and still need a corrected reprint, the replacement transfers will be offered at 50% off.
We are not responsible for garments or items that are damaged due to incorrect application settings, improper pressing, or lack of testing. For this reason, we include at least one extra transfer so you can test-press before full production.
